Jena is from Grimsby, Ontario, but spent most of her childhood growing up in Pennsylvania.

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Jena’s main goal is to help make the transition into proper hearing health as simple and easy as possible! From recommending what would work best for your specific hearing loss and lifestyle to being constant support along the way! Creating a lasting and trusting relationship with our clients is what is most important to her!

Jena lives in Grimsby with her Terrier/Mix fur-baby Louie and when she’s not at work you can expect to find her scoping out a beautiful view, whether it be on a hike, walking by the lake or stopping by some wineries in the Niagara area! Louie is always sure to tag-a-long of course!
